Hi! I’m Sigmund, owner and founder of Mach One. It’s no coincidince I’m a web designer, since an early age, I’ve had a knack for all things computers: programming, custom breadboards, troubleshooting, and yes, web development. So, no suprise, I’m going to junior college as a Computer Science major. In the meantime, I enjoy sharpening my computer skills while helping my community broadcast their talent to the world. Welcome aboard, we’re about to take off!
How It Works
The Creative Process In Action
When you work with Mach One, you’ll follow a five step plan similar to this one. The client is always aware of the project status, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Step 1
Introduce Yourself
We need to get to know you, so contact us today at mach1websolutions@gmail.com! Or fill out the contact form on the ‘Contact’ page and we’ll respond shortly. If you decide to work with us, you’ll recive a form asking about what your project, such as ‘What industry to you work in’, ‘What services are you looking to utilize’, and others. (5 minutes)
Step 2
Initial Meeting
After accepting a meeting (via zoom or phonecall), and filling out a form describing your business, we’ll set up a date at a time convient for you. We’ll discuss what plan you should choose, the estimated time of completion, and a official quote. If time allows, we can begin designing your website then! (10 – 15 minutes)
Step 3
Design Meeting
This is where we actually begin designing your project. It is prefered that you already have an idea of your theme (color pallete, fonts, etc), but if not, no worries! I’ll suggest some ideas based off the form you submitted earlier and we’ll go from there. Once we choose a theme, we’ll discuss how they are to be implemented in your project and I can design some rough mockups on the spot to determine if this is the direction you want to go in. Finally, you’ll sign a simple contract stating the agreed terms. Within 5 business days after the meeting, I’ll send you an official mockup displaying your webpage layouts or other projects. This process repeats until you are satisfied with the result. (1 – 1:30 hours)
Step 4
Web Creations
Once signing the official mockup, I’ll immediately start building your project. Websites take the longest, up to 3 weeks, while other services such as logo design and videography can be completed in as little as 5 days. Feel free to inquire about the project status at any time and suggest edits, as any revisions made before official publication does not go toward the ‘edits limit’ listed in your contract (if applicable).
Step 5
Publish
You’ll be informed via email or phonecall that your project is completed and awaits review. Once approved by you, simply pay the remaining balance, and you’re done! You can automatically begin using your items. Note, if you request edits to the final result, they will count towards your ‘edits limit’ listed in your contract (if applicable).
